Tips On Buying a Fence

 Fence Scapes’ Fence Tips

  • If there is a question about where property lines are located, have your lot survey at the time of estimate for more accurate measuring.

  • Have an idea of what type of fence you would like to have installed, pictures and or locations of existing fences that you like.

  • Talk to friends, co-workers, family and neighbors about their fences, not all fence companies provide the same quality of work and material

  • The best time for buying or installing a fence would be in January and February most fence companies are slow during this time and should give better pricing

  • Ask for a Formal written contract that explains the materials used and warranty information

  • Make sure that you review all Home Owner Association Policies and the types of fencing they allow in your neighborhood
